1. Project Introduction:
“JOSTEIN ALBERT” is the largest ocean farm for salmon in all over the world, which is named after chairman of Nordlaks, “Jostenin Albert Refnes,”. The havfarm was built for Nordlaks company, and can adapt to the Norwegian fjords extremely cold climate and harsh sea conditions.
The gaint Havfarm with huge ship-shaped is 338m in length and 59.5m in width, what the total area is as big as four standard football playground, and also consist of 6 nets with specification 47 x 47m to breed about 200 million salmon (weighs 100000 tons). In addition, the fish farm equipped with advance automated salmon aquaculture system to achieve various functions, such as automatic fry delivery, automatic feed feeding, underwater lamp monitoring, underwater oxygen increasing, dead fish handling, and automatic adult fish hunting, and so on. At same time, this ocean fish farm can accelerate seawater exchange and improve breeding environment.
As the supplier of steel gratings and grating covers , we joined in this project.

The marine weld steel grating standard comply with GB/T 608 1998
The model of gratings: G255/30/100SG
Bearing bar size: 25 x 5mm
Cross bar twist square: 6 x 6mm
Bearing Bar pitch: 30mm
Cross bar pitch: 100mm
Surface treatment: Hot Dip Galvanization according to GB 13912-1992
Banded bar weld method: welded both side of every load bar.
