World’s Largest Gas Processing FPSO Platform-N999 Tortue FPSO
N999 Tortue FPSO is the first FPSO project in China from BP company, is also the largest gas processing platform.
The FPSO platform length is 270 meters, molded beam of 54 meters and 31.5 meters in depth. The vessel has a deck
area equivalent to two soccer field, a height comparable to a 10-story building and a design working life of 30 years,
a maximum displacement tonnage of about 320000 tons and a storage capacity of no less than 144 million barrels of oil.
Upon being put into service in the Tortue oilfield, the platform can produce 505 million standard cubic feet gas every
day. At the same time, this project focus on green environmental protection and ecological balance, its gas and liquid
emissions meet international and West Africa local authorities’ standards.
As one of suppliers for this project, we provided hundreds of tons steel gratings and stair treads.
