Project Details
Our factory can customize special-shape steel gratings for various platform project.
In Aug. 2019, we supplied steel gratings for five platforms of the furnace project in Malaysia and these grating materials are used for secondary structures of the project.
Totally, we supplied 67pcs steel gratings and 300 sets fixing clips, about 3.5tons. Although the qty was not big, it gave our customer a clear impression about our quality and production capacity. It played a positive role for our further cooperation.

Serrated steel gratings' size details as below:
Material: A36
G255/30/100G
a. Bearing bar size: 25x5mm;
b. Twisted cross bar size: 6x6mm;
c. Bearing bar pitch: 30mm
d. Corss bar pitch: 100mm
e. surface of grating: plain
f. Surface treatment: Galvanized as per ASTM A123.
g. Banded bar welded method: every 5th load bar.
We have professional and experienced tech dept, who can provide the layout/ shop drawings in AutoCAD format and PDF format according to our customer's construction drawings
PRE-ASSEMBLY
According to our customer's requirement, we pre-assembled the gratings before galvanization.
