Project Introduction:
Liza is the deep-water oil field which is located in the sea area of Guyana, South America.
Nexen energy which is owned by ExxonMobil,Hess and CNOOC approved the development of Liza-1 project. The first phase of the project include one subsea production system and one FPSO.The LIZA-1 FPSO will be put into production at year 2020, and it will produce as much as 120000 barrels per day.
The lease of Liza-1 was issued to SBM Offshore.
We, Yantai Hualian Steel Structure Co.,Ltd. has got the order from SBM Offshore and we will supply steel gratings and stair treads for Liza FPSO topside module platfroms.
Totally we supply 11 module platfroms for Liza FPSO,also known as Liza-1. And presently, we have completed 6 platforms, all of the gratings and treads has already arrived at Singapore to be integral assembled.
Specifications: G305/40/100SG,
Bearing bar size:30x5mm;
Bearing bar pitch:40mm;
Cross bar: 6x6mm twisted rod;
Cross bar pitch: 100mm;
Surface treatment: Hot dip galvanization, the thickness of the zinc film is 85um.
