Hydrogen unit reformer project in Port Dickson, Malaysia
Hengyuan Refining Co. Bhd. (HRC)—a subsidiary of Shandong Hengyuan Petrochemical Co. Ltd.—has approved a $66.4-million investment to develop and build a hydrogen manufacturing unit as part of a hydrogen generation (H2Gen) project for production of cleaner fuels at its 156,000-b/d refining complex in Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan,Malaysia.
The Linde Group is the head-contractor for the hydrogen generation reformer project in Dickson port, Malaysia & the project based on its innovation hydrogen generators using steam methane reforming technology.
As the steel grating supplier,we supplied about 611pcs steel grating panels( about 580sqm) & 156 pcs stair treads and 2532 sets fixing clips for this project, Total weight: 24tons.

Stee gratings: G304/25/100G Serrated
Material: S275JR
Bearing bar: 30*4mm
Bearing bar pitch: 25mm
Cross bar: 5*5mm
Cross bar pitch: 100mm
Stair treads: T4, G304/25/100G Serrated
T4 type: stair tread with chequered plate, bolt fixing.
Special requirement about the stair tread: the grating part should be spread to the bottom of the chequered plate.
Material: S275JR
Five sizes: 1000*270mm, 900*270mm, 840*270mm, 465*270mm, 867*395mm
