Project Details
1. Project Brief Introduction
Gulei refining integration project - million-ton grade of ethylene and downstream deep processing device, is located in Gulei petrochemical base,Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province, China, estimate to invest about RMB27.88 billion totally.
As the largest petrochemical JV cooperation project in cross-Strait, the phase I project under construction includes steam cracking device with annual output 800 thousand tons, 350 thousand ton yearly output of aromatics extraction devise, and 550 thousand ton pygas hydrogenation unit in a year, other 8 sets downstream deep processing device as well as matched public engineerings, pier, storage and transportation facilities, etc.
The phase I project plan to be up and running before June 30th, 2020.
As the one of SINOPEC key project, up to now, we have supplied 1412 square meters steel gratings platforms and 14 tons steel stairs.
2. Steel Gratings for Gulei refining integration project
The weld steel grating standard comply with YT/T4001.1-2007.
The model of gratings: G325/30/100FG
Bearing bar size: 32 x 5mm
Cross bar twist square: 6 x 6mm
Bearing Bar pitch: 30mm
Cross bar pitch: 100mm
Surface treatment: Hot Dip Galvanization according to GB/T 13912:2002.
Banded bar weld method: every 5th load bar on Series30 Grating
3. Steel Stairs for Gulei refining integration project
1) Ladder beam size : item no. 16 channel (160 x 63 x 12mm)
2) T4 Stair treads:
I. The stair treads anti-slip nosing type is checkered plates.
II. The stair treads is fixed by bolts.
III. Specification: T4-325/30/100FG
IV. Size: 800 x 219mm
3) Surface treatment: Painted with grey color
