Product Description
Rain Water Steel Grating Installation Notes:
(1) T type- Rain Water Steel Grating for ordinery side ditch and transverse:
a. The anchors of frame must be firmly embedded in cement layer;
b. The supporting surface on the opposite sides of ditch must be smooth and solid.
(2) U type- Rain Water Steel Grating for U type ditch
The iron angles will be the main support for the whole grating cover, the iron angles of the grating cover must be smooth and firm.
(3) M type- Rain Water Steel Grating for borehole
a. The support surface of borehole cover must be smooth and solid, and as close as possible to the frame.
b.Anchors must be firmly embedded in cement or bitumen layer
Application:
Steel trench cover made by welding with flat steel and cross/round bars with certain distances. Our Steel Grating enjoy the feature of high strength, light structure, high bearing, convenience for loading and other properties. The hot dipped zinc coating gives the product excellent anti-corrosion.
Packaging & Shipping
Packing details:
1. stick the label on each grating, the panel number will be marked on the label.
2. insert the steel bracket through the gratings from bottom to the top to fix the package. if the grating panel's size is less than 1500mm*1000mm, 4 pcs steel brackets per package. if more than 1500mm*1000mm, the steel brackets will be added accordingly.
3. bundle the gratings with the PVC tape.
4.Attach a thermoplastic tag to each package. Accordingly to th tag, our clients can find each panel easily and swiftly.
5. wrap the gratings with plastic films.
