1. Serrated I bar steel grating Brief Introduction
There are mainly four types bearing bars as belowing which are frequently used for steel gratings.
Here we mainly introduce the I bar gratings. Same as normal bearing bars, there are two type of the I bars, plain type I bar and serrated type I bar. The main advantage of I bar steel grating is it is with high strength – to- weight ratio.

These I bar steel gratings and stair treads are supplied for Sumitomo Heavy Industries,Ltd. And they will be used for conveyer belt system.
The specs of the I bar steel gratings for Sumitomo is as belowing:
i. I bar size: 25x5x3mm
ii. I bar type: serrated
iii. Cross bar: 6*6mm
iv. Cross bar type: twisted rod
v. Mesh Size: 30x100mm
And the belowing info is for normal steel gratings which is as per Webforge's standards.
A325MSG is the steel grating specifications described as per Australia Standard. A325MSG is same as steel gratings G325/30/100SG. It is regular type in Chinese Market, and it can be electro-forged by machine directly.
"A" means A pattern in Australia Standard, mesh size 30x100mm, bearing bar pitch 30mm, cross bar pitch 100mm;
"325" means bearing bar size is 32x5mm;
"M" means mild steel
"S" means the bearing bar top surface is serrated type
"G" means the steel grating surface treatment is galvanized.

1) Hot dip galvanized as per ASTM A123 or EN ISO 1461 or special requirement
2) Painted or Powder Coated
3) HDG plus painted/powder coated
