1. Brief Introduction of our client from Latvia

Our client is one of the leading companies in its industry. We are in similar field, the company deals with wholesale of metal products since 2002. The company provides materials such as: welded steel grating platform, pressed platform gratings, formed steel grilles, profile gratings, stair steps, stairs, expanded steel sheets, woven netting, welded mesh, panel fences, perforated sheets, tread plates, and road barriers.

2. Try Order for Customized Spiral stair treads.

We received sample drawing from our client in August, and after checked with our engineer, we gave some advise and suggestion accordingly and submitted updated drawing to our client. At last, we came to an agreement, and our client confirmed the drawing and production process. After about 20 days, we completed the try order, and now the 110pcs spiral stair treads were delivered to Qingdao Port and waiting for sailing to Riga Port.

3. Specifications of the stair treads.

a. Model Number: G303/34/38G

b. Bearing bar:30*3mm

c. Cross bar: twisted bar 5mm dia.

d. Length: 1000mm(50pcs) and 800mm(60pcs)

e. surface treatment: Hot dip galvanized acc. EN1461.

f. Standard: As per grating standard YB/T4001.1-2007.

4. Package & Loading:

Packed in bundle by angle steel frame then fixed by steel belt, and covered with plastic film.
