1.Brief Introduction of FPSO.

FPSO 's full name is floating production storage and offloading vessels which is a floating vessel used by the offshore oil and gas industry for the production and processing of hydrocarbons, and for the storage of oil.

2. The specifications of the steel gratings we supplied for Catcher projects.

Model Number: G325/24/100SG, Bearing bar width is 32mm, bearing bar thickness is 5mm, bearing bar pitch is 24mm, twisted cross bar pitch is 100mm.

Banding bar welding procedure: double sided full weld of every load bars.

Surface treatment: zinc coating thickness is 130um.

Bearing bar type: Serrated bearing bar.

Special requirements: 1) 20mm ball is not allowed to fall through the gratings, we designed bearing bar pitch

3. The applications of the steel gratings we supplied for Catcher projects.

Our steel grating is used in steel structure platforms, walkways and floorings for the FPSO in Catcher Project.
