1. Project Introduction 

    Tieling CLP environmental protect project is the first green power generation project that improve urban city environment and sanitation, which is investing and building in Eastern North area by SPIC International New Energy Holding company, it covered about 121 acres, garbage disposal 432 thousand tons each year,  and also can use the waste heat to generate power 146.2 million kilowatt hours, which equivalent to save 4650 thousand tons coal a year and reduce 132.5 thousand tons  carbon dioxide emissions each year.

    After the project operation, this power generation project will handle about 800 to 1200 tons household waste every day and use a ton garbage to produce 280 KWH electricity, this will reduce 80% rubbish, save a lot of space. Moreover, it is also a major project that promote the household garbage treatment to reach harmless, reduction and recycling.

  As one of this project suppliers, we provided 4285 square meters steel gratings with specification 35 x 3/30/100, totally about 83 tons.

Bearing bar size: 35 x 3mm

Cross bar twist square: 6 x 6mm

Bearing Bar pitch: 30mm

Surface treatment: Hot Dip Galvanization according to GB 13912-1992

Banded bar weld method: weld one side of every fifth bearing bar
