The Reasons of Rusting for Non-slip Steel Gratings
1. Some equipments of production might not consider the manufacturing process needs of steel gratings,
which lead to produce some chemical substance containing acid and alkali during the production process.
Besides this reason, sulfur is highly corrosive for galvanized steel gratings, and their own have sulfur or acid
substance. Especially rust occurs when steel gratings used to make a ceiling or bottom step treads.
2. While welding, Argon gas is not maintenance well or steel gratings are polluted by cooper, iron and other
metal in processing to appear oxidation.
3. It also lead to rust if anti oxidation layer of non-slip gratings are damaged too much during processing.
