The heavy duty steel grating is ultra heavy that the weight is more than 1000kg each piece. After studied carefully, we decided to weld the special steel grating by hand. And we completed the order in about one week by our senior artisan. Now we have delivered the order on time and they are on the way to the project construction site.

The specification of the special steel grating:

G10010/100/100

Bearing bar width is 100mm, bearing bar thickness is 10mm;

End bar width is 130mm,end bar thickness is 10mm;

Bearing bar pitch is 100mm; cross bar pitch is 100mm;

Cross bar is round steel with 20mm diameter.

We completed the order on time with high quality even though it is hard to make due to the vary special specification and ultra heavy weight.
