1. Project Brief Introduction

This project is located in Southwest of Yuncheng City, Shanxi Province, invested by Yuncheng Guanlv Group.

The scale of project construction is 2x80MW backpressure turbo generator sets，with 2x345t/h high temperature and high pressure parameters，tangential firing，П pattern layout one-drum (type) natural circulation boiler.

This project is the thermal source point project which is matched with urban area construction of Yuncheng City.

It is a comprehensive utilization of cogeneration projects which includes suppling of heating, electricity, medium water utilization, desulfurization and denitrification, ultra-low emissions and Coal Ash.

The total investment of this project is RMB 956.94 million.

2. Products supplied by Yantai Hualian

I. Steel gratings :
Bearing bar size:25x5mm serrated bar;

Cross bar: 6x6mm twisted bar

Bearing bar pitch: 40mm

Cross bar pitch: 50mm

Surface treatment: Hot dip galvanized.

II. Ball connected handrails.

Powder coated signal yellow color ball handrails welded by automatic welding machine.

plants, sewage treatment plants, power stations, chemical plants, petrochemical industries etc.
League Grating produce and supply a wide selection of industrial handrails including various types of stanchions,
balls, cross tubes, elbows, etc. to meet every customer’s requirement. Our handrails are conformed with the
standard of BS 6399 and BS 6180 in British , AS1650-985 in Australia, and GB4053.3/GB17888.3 in China.
Other specifications also are able to be achieved after discussion with the customers.
The yellow painted handrails are corrosion resistant for long terms, also known as corrosion resistant industrial
handrail.
