1. Project Introduction　　

JG SUMMIT STAGE 1 EXPANSION PROJECT, awarded CTCI by JG Summit Petrochemical Corporation, is  the LVN Isomerization and Gas Oil Hydrotreater units project, when completing, the local market will get more competitive petrochemical products which includes naphtha cracker facility,  butadiene, aromatics, polyethylene and polypropylene plants,etc.

As the supplier of steel gratings, we joined in this project.

2. Steel gratings specifications of JG SUMMIT PROJECTS

The weld steel grating standard comply with BS4592-1:1995.

The model of gratings: G325/30/100

Bearing bar size: 32 x 5mm

Cross bar twist square: 6 x 6mm

Bearing Bar pitch: 30mm

Cross bar pitch: 100mm

Surface treatment: Hot Dip Galvanization according to ASTM A123

Banded bar weld method: Every 5th load bar
