Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) Oil Pipeline starts from Sangachal Seaport which is near by Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, straddles Georgia, along with the Mediterranean coast of the southeastern of Turkey，and it will be terminated in Ceyhan Seaport. There are 443 kilometers pipeline in Azerbaijan, 249 kilometers in Georgia and 1076 kilometers go through Turkey.

The BTC Pipeline is expected to service 40 years, Normally it can transport 1000000 oil drums per day. The total capacity of the pipeline is 10 million oil drums. The flow rate of crude oil is two meters per second. There are 8 pump stations totally, two pump stations are located in Azerbaijan, and another two are located in Georgia, the other four are located in Turkey. The BTC Project also include Ceyhan marine terminal, three Intermediate pigging stations, one pressure reducing station and 100 pieces small size valves. The entire pipeline consists of 150000 sections, it is 12 meters per section, the diameter is 1070mm, and it is reduced to 865mm where is get close to Ceyhan.

We supplied 3082 pieces steel grating trench covers for BTC project, thereinto, 3060 pieces light duty type with the specification G325/30/100SG, and 22 pieces heavy duty type with the specification G605/33/75SG. Besides, we also supplied 27 pieces handrails as well as 9275 piece clamps, bolts, etc.
The surface reatment of the steel grating trench covers and handrails are galvanized, the thickness of the zinc film is 110um required by customer.
Up to now, all of the materials are on the way to Poti Port, Georgia.
